The blinds are beautiful. I was not, however, impressed with the packaging.

Upon opening the box, I noticed that it was packed so tight that when shipped thee end got bent. My husband was able to fix it.

I purchased these blinds to replace those that came with my RV. The quality is excellent--much better than the originals--and installation was easy. The price was also very reasonable. I'm very pleased and have recommended them to others who own the same RV.

Our recent self-install of five Embassy 1/2" Micro Aluminum Mini Blinds completes our window covering makeover that included a previous self-install of eleven of the same product. This most recent shipment included one unit that had unfortunately sustained shipping damage. Shannon from customer service expedited a replacement which arrived today, only ten days from my notification. The entire process, from measuring to installation, was very easy. I am a senior citizen with very basic DIY skills. Everything came out perfect. And Blinds Chalet customer service was superb. Much appreciated!

This is the third blind I ordered from Blinds Chalet for my sun porch windows. I kept it since it matches the others and fits perfectly. However, two of the slats have holes for cords, but there are no cords there! I will keep it since it is not in the main part of my house, but I am disappointed.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
